Late harvest in the moonlight

A walk in the moonlight at the foot of Mont Blanc, among Europe’s highest vineyards producing the Chadelune wine.  An evening for finding out the secrets of the late harvest, how the “iced” grapes are collected that give this wine the particular concentration of sugars and aromas, and for exploring the Marais Nature Reserve, a resting place for migratory birds.
