Six days in the Cogne valley for experiencing everything about the Valle d’Aosta, all its abundant nature, local traditions, culture and gastronomy. A journey in six stages which winds along for 90km without ever taking the car, along which you will have the chance to spot wildlife and discover the typical flora in and around the Gran Paradiso National Park, see ancient glaciers and geological sites and admire rare botanical species kept in the Paradisia Alpine Garden. You will meet park rangers, shepherds and artists, custodians of the legends and traditions of the valley, and every evening you will be staying in a different mountain retreat. An unforgettable experience in which you can really absorb the atmosphere of Valle d’Aosta.

Epinel, Col du Drinc, Colle Chamolé refuge Arbolle. Duration: 6.40h - Length: 14.32 Km -Difference in altitude: 1574 m - Descent: 539 m. Overnight: refuge Arbolle.
DAY 2
Refuge Arbolle, Colle Garin, Gimillan. Duration: 3.45 h - Length: 8.59 Km - Difference in altitude: 314 m - Descent: 1027 m. Overnight: Gimillan.
DAY 3
Gimillan, refuge Sogno of Berzè Hut. Duration: 7.00 h - Length: 17.58 Km - Difference in altitude: 1321 m - Descent: 599 m. Overnight: refuge Sogno of Berzè Hut.
DAY 4
Refuge Sogno of Berzè Hut, Valnontey. Duration: 5.30 h - Length: 19.92 Km - Difference in altitude: 497 m - Descent: 1349 m. Overnight: Lillaz, Cogne, Valnontey.
DAY 5
Valnontey, Herbetet, Rifugio Sella. Duration: 7.30 h - Length: 17,64 Km - Difference in altitude: 1298 m - Descent: 386 m. Overnight: Rifugio Sella
